Well here we are, on the eve of my first fishing expedition into the timber of Michigan. Heading up mid day tomorrow, and if my ponies ride nice, I should be into Baldwin by 6PM. Perhaps I’ll fish, perhaps I’ll tie, perhaps I’ll drink and wait for the guys…either way, it’s game on…
Early reports from the group say that the fish are all over the river…on gravel, in holes, just shooting up into the upper reaches…big green kings all over the place…
No kidding that Fly Fishing is the sport of Kings…
