CHICAGO -
Dan and I had a great time, with some pictures coming. The Vietnamese do have some interesting stores in ILL. Anyways, it's good to finally be home...
Lessons learned in Chicago:
- Don't go to Boytown...the name speaks for itself
- Hair Dresser's really aren't able to hold a conversation for longer then 35 minutes...
- The Vietnamese grocery stores have very low ceilings...and lots of squid, in many different forms...
- Thai food is great for hangovers
- Kohler showers are AMAZING - Single guys, you'll want to invest...check out their DIGITAL ONE:
- All you can drink parties...well worth $20 dollars
- Taking cabs when drunk and it's zero degrees is a must
- Dan...Waitresses are always flirts on the job...they are not hitting on you!
- Indian bus drivers yelling because you broke the ticket machine...not fun...do not try...
- Pay attention to your surroundings on a bus
- Dress warm ANYTIME you are in CHICAGO...
- Make sure ALL liquids and gels are out of carry-on bags...they tend to yell and talk in strong tones when they're inspecting your bags...
- Try your best to avoid sitting next to any cave women on your flight...they tend to encroach on your personal space
- END LESSON: STAY OUT OF CITIES WHEN AT ALL POSSIBLE
